The Bio Starter Kit includes a range of sensing modules based on the state of the art Shimmer platform. This entry level offering is perfect for researchers and developers looking to conduct proof of concept, test/develop algorithms, or evaluate the Shimmer platform and kinematic modules.

The Bio Starter Kit includes ECG, EMG, GSR and Strain Gauge expansion modules to provide a full range of Biophysical sensing capabilities.

Shimmer provides a highly configurable and extensible platform, and enables the user to capture and transmit raw data specific to their application requirements. The kit provides complete development environment for Bluetooth*, IEEE 802.15.4*, or local storage in body worn applications.

Supported by a range of development software tools and applications including LabVIEW and C# applications this ensures simplicity in the creation of wearable wireless solutions.
